In order to face the new opportunities and challenges, we have attended the annual marketing meeting of GS in their production department of Cambodia. We’d like to share the details of our tires producing condition and our marketing research with present and potential clients to help them know us and the tire field better.
First of all, quality of the tires is the basis to every deal with each of our clients. After years of our effort from our design&production department, mileage warranty can start from 250,000km at least in all series of our tires. To reach that goal, we always insist the great quality control and utilize our top class machines in every single step like mixing, beading, extrusion, extruding,curing and forming. Under the full work of GS producing lines in Cambodia, over 5,000,000 high quality PCR tires and 900,000 TBR tires were made and sold to all over the world including enormous markets like USA, Europe and Southeast Asia last year. And for the purpose of improving our clients using experience continuously in the future, our workers and designers will focus on applying more new efficient material to our new patterns with more advanced techniques. All related quality elements such as tires weight, dynamic balance, interior structure and tires appearance will all be tested and considered. We are aiming at classifying different needs of our clients from different markets to offer them sustainable, economical and useful options.
Apart from that, marketing situation is always non-negligible. It relates to our clients needs and our direction of development which make up the bond between our clients and us. According to our estimate, demands of tires will hold a rising stream because of the rising quantity and brands of all kinds of vehicles over the world. In order to grab this visible opportunity, more and more tire enterprises have expanded their factories to other countries like Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Mexico... Among all this all countries, Thailand is playing an important role. Take USA imported tire market for example, Thailand has held the biggest percentage of 22% in 2023. But since the USA anti-dumping tax to Thai TBR tire has been released, the advantages of other countries’ factories will appear in the future. As a result, our GS producing lines will pay both high attention on Thai&Cambodian production base. The goal this year is to have 6,970,000 PCR tires and 1,200,000 TBR tires made in Thai. As for our new Cambodian factory, our target is 5,040,000 PCR tires increases by 514% and 720,000 TBR tires increases by 772%. In a nutshell, our GS corporation has complete confidence to face the tire market and help our clients in the future with multiple production resource.
