As the orders from our clients are increasing all over the world besides the United States, we take it a serious consideration on developing more patterns in top class factory to face the different needs from more markets. Especially in Latin America, 295/80 is the most popular size in TBR tire market. Thus, we have put much effort on new design of GP118 in that size.
First of all, we have choosed our Serbian factory to accomplish that goal in the future. Considering the shipping fee and distance, serbia is much closer than our Cambodian factory and we would like to cut our clients' cost as much as we can based on the strict quality control.
Secondly, we still take serious quality control standard on every producing lines including mixing, beading, extrusion, forming, curing and testing. Our machines are all chosen from the top class brands and our designers have done the marketing research in Latin America for years.
As u can see in the effect drawing, to face the terrian in Latin America. We keep the classic five-rib tread design for premium handling and long life. Also we have added the side groove to offer better chipping resistance. Apart from that, the structure inside is reinforced with 4 (normal)+1(side) steel cords which will guarantee you the mileage from 250,000km at least. This new all position design will be issued to our Latin American clients in this year soon.
