As the production has already started in our Cambodian factory to prevent the new antidumping duty to Thailand TBR tire from USA. According to our clients’ feedback and marketing needs, we also initiated new pattern designs in our TBR tires as well. Besides the GP 67 pattern in our TBR All position tire producing lines which has been published two weeks ago (Details can be referred to our last news), now we are also very excited to announce the GP55 pattern TBR tire. It will also be our first steer position tire in TBR producing lines, applied in prevalent sizes such as 11R22.5, 295/75R22.5.
As you can see in the effect drawings of this pattern, traditional designs and ideas such as four rib grooves with zig zag lines will still be utilized to make sure the premium handling and the longevity. Heat Dissipation ‘Pool’ on tire shoulders and edges of grooves also help accelerate heat dissipation, improve durability, and reduce tire shoulder cracking and shoulder bulge.
Apart from that, we also pay much attention on your efficient use. Thus, new design element ‘decoupler’ rib is also applied in the GP55. Ribs of GP55 decouple the forces pushing down the sidewall and the lateral forces experienced during steering maneuvers from the tread in contact with the road surface (shoulder rib), they will reduce the excessive lateral movement between the road surface and the shoulder rib. As a result, it does help irregular wear, decreasing the the operating the expenses for drivers. Also improves the fuel efficiency with low rolling resistance.
